Casa del Cipresso normally rents by the week, Saturday-Saturday. (flexible change-over day, as well as length of stay during off-peak times) Rate is calculated weekly, not per guest. (Casa del Cipresso accommodates 2-4 people.)
THE PRICE IS INCLUSIVE of all utilities (water, electric, gas for cooking) and bed linens/towels. - No extra “surprise” charges for your stay (!).

Reservations are fully confirmed on receipt of deposit and signed copy of our Terms and Conditions. Payment can be made in Euro or U.S. Dollars. Full payment due 14 days in advance. Payment may be made by PayPal, major credit card, or personal check (US only).
Part of the beauty and medieval charm of Casa del Cipresso is the fact that it is situated in an ancient, hilltop village like Calitri. Please note that because the home is located on a peaceful and quiet pedestrian-only street and can be reached only by foot (there is plenty of street parking just one block over, as well as a free, public parking lot a bit further), Casa del Cipresso may not be suitable for persons who are disabled. Children are always welcome. Casa del Cipresso is heated by the open wood-burning fireplace and electric heaters only - there is no central heating or radiators. In summer, Casa del Cipresso is kept cool by the thick stone walls and a fan; there is no air conditioning. Casa del Cipresso is a Non-Smoking facility. Weekly rental rate for Casa del Cipresso is set at 385 Euros, but we will also accept payment in US Dollars; the dollar amount will change with the currency exchange rate.
